# Error in seller registration

If the problem is an error in Shopee registration, only Shopee itself can perform the analysis and correction.

In case of errors during account registration, support must be provided directly by the **Shopee** team.

To request analysis:

✅ Fill out the official Shopee form.

✅ Wait for the responsible team to analyze it.

✅ The response will be sent to your registered email.

## **Important**

Shopee informs a deadline of **up to 4 days** to analyze the request and respond by email.
